Divorce
What is clear is that "maybe" is no way to live!
“Do you Mr. Wonderful maybe take this beautiful
Princess standing before you “maybe to be
happy” and “maybe to be miserable” but “you
can divorce her anytime you want to,” were not
part of the wedding vows.
“Do you Miss Wonderful also accept to “maybe be
happy” with your Prince and “maybe be unhappy” and
“maybe give up so that you too can try the whole thing
again with someone else,” were not part of the
wedding vows.
And yet here you are.
The first step on the road to divorce is not to take it. For this
is the person you vowed to get past this very spot with.
On the other hand, if your very physical, emotional, and
psychological health are at stake. Or if your partner is no longer a
partner.
Then the first step on the road to divorce is to take it.
For a marriage to work both people must be fully commited. There is no
room for maybes. This is the first task. Do you both want to stay
together or not?
A marriage is made up of two islands that are connected by a causeway
between them, like a set of eyeglasses seen from the air. The marriage
is the bridge between two circles.
For a marriage to survive and prosper it requires two strong and
independent circles fully capable of standing alone, and there is much
self evolution which is required to eventually reach this independent
autonomy.
And then comes the union of selves where the sum of the parts, simply
two circles, becomes much more than the whole. A sound marriage is
an exponential union of circles and infinitely deeper and more whole.
than simple personhood could provide.

If you both deeply desire to stay together, then Your Personal Muse can help you
both, but it is a musing commitment for both people, spending time with your Muse
one at a time, and then together.
Or, if one or both of you is committed and the other is still wavering in maybe, your
Muse can help you to your deeper truth and decision. It does not matter what the
issue; which infidelity, which lack of care or transgression, for it all comes down to
personal pride and pain, both of which can be addressed and grieved within the
marriage.
It comes down to renewing the commitment.
Do you, the almost ex-love of my life, solemnly swear to do the best you can to
commit to our union, to change yourself, to let go of your pride and feel the pain and
grieve for our mistakes, to try again for me?
For I will do that for you, and more.
Your Personal Muse can help you both bridge your differences and find your way
back to your original and now even better love!
