Musing and Your Heart Musing and Your Heart Musing and Your Heart
For some of us this "heart" feeling was only a womb experience, now buried deeply in our defensive psyche.  For others, we managed to carry this "heart" through birth and even into early childhood before we lost it.  For the rare ones among us, we continue to live in some small degree with the "heart" of a child.
What exactly is "heart" in relation to your muse?
For  you and your muse, "heart" is the living of an emotional experience and life without alteration by trauma, or by control from our thinking selves.
At one time in our lives we were all children of "heart".
To love like a child.                                     To emote like a child.     To empath like a child.     To compassion like a child.
If a true and intact love child stood before you, unaltered by pain and deprivations, how would they speak to us and interact with us?
At one time in our lives we were all children of "heart".
To love like a child.                                     To emote like a child.     To empath like a child.     To compassion like a child.
Musing and Your Heart
What would be their experience of us, and us of them? That this is so hard to imagine and play out is the tragedy of all of our lives.  We all have lost and forgotten, negated and denied, excused and forever explained childhoods.
We are survivors all of us.  We miss our own love child.  We miss our own selves of "heart.”  And we all long to return home.
Our inner selves are lost or forgotten so long ago, and so far, far away now. And so we go on suffering.  We go on yearning.  We go on defending ourselves from memories that are so threatening to us.
All of our issues, for all of us, all the time, lie inside and within us.  They lie in the recovery of the love child. The regaining of a life of . . .   "heart!”

Home to our wombs.  Home to our loving selves.
To return to our hearts we must return to our lonely, forgotten inner children, and help cart those bucket loads of tears that we never had the safety or luxury to feel, out of the muddied pond of our hearts.
We must find "heart" hidden below and beneath our experiences, and behind and beyond the busy minds that keep us treading water in our own self imposed, defensive exile.
Let's embrace any issue of the human experience; any  problem for anyone, and we will speak of disappointed    children and of broken hearts. Let's embrace how we can still reach ourselves and taste what the fruit of home used to taste like.
Let's embrace healing and growing again. Let's embrace self. Let's embrace: Let’s give each other a warm hug. And together we will celebrate your new life of "heart,” and of happiness, no matter what the issue. Your Personal Muse is the champion of your return to your own child of "heart,” and the happiness that is waiting for you. Musing and Your Heart
