Your Career
“Your vocation should be a vacation.” “Do what you love and the meaning will follow.”
If your present career is not what you dream of, or doesn't fulfill you, the only thing standing in the way of your destiny is you!
You may perceive challenges and obstacles as external forces which impede your progress or passing.
But in fact, they are the appropriate learning moments which are right for you at that time. When you live your life as a carnival ride and welcome all of the gasps as well as the cheers, you send a message that says; "give me more!"
And then every time the ride makes a loop you grow one step smarter and even more resilient and adaptable then you were before.
Before long, you will adore every ride in this whole amusement park we call life, including the ones that scare you or disappoint you.
Your success is inevitable!
Part of the task is discovering what it is that brings you joy and meaning, and then invent a way to make your livelihood at it!
This is picking the one ride out of the many others which inspires you the most.
This part can be even more difficult than the actual riding.
How many forces are pulling you in how many directions?
How deeply buried or clouded is your true calling?
Your journey with your muse is designed to help you dislodge that plug which is blocking your own knowledge of self.
You already know where the plug is and where to place your hands.
The courage to pull comes from the trust and companionship which Your Personal Muse shares with you.
Once you've chosen the ride, what comes next is to get in, buckle up and hold on!
The clickety-clack up the steep slopes of the roller coaster are going to be tiring indeed, and the gasp at the top just as you careen down, seemingly to your death, will have you ready to jump out and quit.

Your Career
Your career should be full of ups and downs and doubts and excitement. Your career should leave you feeling inspired, yet exhausted; ready to quit, yet still alive and eagerly anticipating the next turn in the tracks! At the end of your career you show up in heaven, not as a monk dressed in robes with a beatific smile, but careening sideways in your roller coaster car in a huge cloud of dust, laughing and screaming and crying from the sheer experience of a life fully lived.  And then you say: "Wow!, that was a heck of a ride!  How about one more turn?!”
But halfway down, when your throat starts to hurt from the screaming, you start to grin, and then the grin turns to excitement and then satisfaction, and finally glee.
Prepare to be inspired and driven with courage and passion, to fulfill your true calling, no matter what the obstacles. Your Personal Muse will be right next to you!  YEAH!
