When we begin to fear our own fear, we counteract our own desire to realize our dreams and fulfill our goals. It is then that our own survival response now hinders us instead of saving us.
When we are full of dreams and goals we feel alive!
Without dreams and goals we are stagnant ponds waiting for flow.
But as we know, just having these dreams and goals doesn’t necessarily provide for or insure their fulfillment. Many of us dream and plan yet lack the impetus to make that first or critical step.
Here we come up against the most detrimental, invisible force that humankind ever faced: the enigma we call FEAR.
Fear is designed to insure our survival in case of danger. Fear was never designed to limit our own potential. Or was it? What need is fear serving here? Have we forgotten what we are afraid of? Are we now only afraid of our own fear?
Dream & Goal Fulfillment
How sad that we end up preventing ourselves from fulfilling our own dreams and goals.
What steps can we take to begin to overcome our fears?
Baby steps of course. We must stop and stand still. Carefully we must turn around and look the scary wolf right in the eyes.
Danish Proverb: You can not run from the wolf for the wolf travels within you.
Your Muse's proverb:
Who are you wolf? What do you want of me? Let me pass because I'm coming through! And then we move into and towards our fears.

Each and every microscopic step forward is miraculously larger than no step at all. And no scary wolf ever impeded our passing when looked in the eye.
Many courageous people sweat and toil and sacrifice away while dream and goal fulfillment remain elusive.
Often we fulfill patterns of self sabotage and denial and self deprecation that turn a joyful, but difficult challenge into an impossible voyage.
Why do we keep falling down in the same place? Why do we keep inventing new obstacles and excuses? Which of our behaviors and patterns are secretly hindering our very efforts?
The musing process during dream and goal fulfillment is like trekking in a mysterious new land. Every new movement and sound frightens, yet excites! Wolf? Puppy?
Your muse is your companion so that you do not trek alone. Your dreams and goals are your own, and ready for your fulfillment. And no puppy ever said no to a good trek!
